This policy explains how SES Attorneys handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. It is published in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
What this website collects
This website does not store the details you enter in its forms. The contact form, the careers form and the WhatsApp chat window only prepare a message in your browser. When you choose Send via Email or Send via WhatsApp, the message opens in your own email app or in WhatsApp, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
The website stores one small setting in your browser to remember that you have accepted the disclaimer, so that it is not shown again on every visit. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Information you send us
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, contact number, email address, company, message, and, for job applications, your resume. We use this information only to reply to you, to consider your enquiry or application, and to meet our professional and legal obligations. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive details about a matter until an advocate-client relationship has been established.
Third-party services
- Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
- Messages sent by email pass through your email provider and ours.
- The maps on the contact page are provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job applications only for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were sent for, or as required by law, and then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request or raise a concern, contact Adv. Sandeepak Phadke at sandeepak@sesattorneys.com or +91 98225 96975.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
